She holds a PhD in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and previously served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of Hermosillo, Mexico.

Professional Experience Dr. Agraz Boeneker possesses extensive cross-sector experience spanning executive business management, public administration, and academia. Her background includes: ▪ Director of the Sonora Automotive Cluster A.C. (CLAS): Led cluster initiatives driving competitiveness and integration within the regional automotive industry. ▪ General Director of the Municipal Economic Development Office (AMDE): City Government of Hermosillo, Sonora (2021–2024 Administration). Spearheaded the establishment and consolidation of AMDE. Concurrently served as the Regulatory Improvement Commissioner for the Municipality of Hermosillo. ▪ Founder of ASYMETRIA Integrando Soluciones (www.asymetria.mx): Established and managed a consulting firm specializing in organizational leadership, process improvement, and business management. ▪ Automotive Industry Leadership at Ford Motor Co.: Worked at the Ford Motor Co. Stamping and Assembly Plant in Hermosillo, Sonora, serving in key roles including Quality System Leader, Process Engineer, Body Shop Quality Leader, and Product Engineer. ▪ Academic Leadership at Tecnológico de Monterrey (Campus Sonora Norte): Held key executive administrative roles including Director of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Director of the Technology Park, and Director of Entrepreneurship.
